SHIPPING
Dispatching and delivering your order as quickly as possible is top priority for us. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and tracking information notifying you of this.
There are occasions when our delivery partners may be delayed which unfortunately, is not within our control. Standard deliveries within Australia may have delivery delays due to increased parcel volumes and Covid-19 safety requirements. As a result of this they may not be able to guarantee their usual delivery times.
Any orders from our store will be placed into production within 24 hours of purchase. For bespoke or custom designs, one of our friendly team members will communicate expected print and despatch expectations with you.

Australian orders will be a flat rate of $19.99 per order.
International orders
Please speak to one of our team members hello@flipart.com.au who will provide you with a quote to ship internationally.
RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased
No exchange or refund is available on any product that is not in the original condition unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Custom and bespoke prints are at the risk of the Customer. Images are printed at the time of the order. If your design, custom image is of poor quality, colours may vary and your print will not be sharp.  If a purchase is made for a bespoke design despite poor quality of your image we hold no responsibility
How to refund or exchange a product.
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return for a refund or exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs and the safe transit of products being returned or exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please ensure that you keep the receipt and packaging and that the product is till in an unused and original condition. This is an addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
